The information we collect is only used internally by BLUEGRioT.

3. Storage and confidentiality of your data

Your data will be stored in “GDPR Ready” software used by the company. This is secure software that requires two-factor authentication and a secure password. Your data is also stored on our servers hosted by “RGPD Ready” partners or our servers located at the company’s headquarters. The security of your data is one of our priorities. We have put in place physical, electronic and managerial means to prevent all unauthorized access to your data.

Although, we take all necessary measures not to have unintentional disclosure of your data, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be altered or destroyed as a result of a breach by anyone or anything of our privacy policy.

4. Recruitment data

We are likely to collect personal data through your direct application, recruitment agencies as well as your professional profiles such as LINKEDIN and VIADEO.

The data collected during your recruitment is only used to assess your ability to obtain the proposed position or internship. Only employees involved in the recruitment process have access to your data. Following your application, we undertake to ensure the security of your data and to control their access.

In the event of a negative outcome to your application, you will be informed whether we wish to keep your data for a later application. If you do not request the deletion of your data, they will be systematically deleted 2 years after our last contact.

5. Your rights over your personal data

  • The right to information: before the collection of personal data, you must have clear information about the purpose of collecting and processing your data: who is processing your data , what are your rights over your data and whether they are transferred
  • The right of access: you have the right to access your personal data that we have collected and to obtain a copy of your data. You will be billed at 50 euros for this copy.
  • The right of rectification : you can express your wish that your personal data be rectified or modified
  • The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”): you can express your wish that your personal data be deleted. Data that can be deleted will be deleted immediately.
